Returns and Exchanges

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by telephone and/or email. If your order has not been processed we can make changes. All orders require 2-5 business days processing time. Customer pays return shipping on all service. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a service that allows you to track your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipment. We recommend that you use registered post to ensure safe delivery. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number and return authorization number. 

Golden Path Alchemy ensures the purity and quality of our product lines. Customers may return products due to allergy or if item is defective/damaged. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of the purchase. Golden Path Alchemy is not responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information that was not generated by Golden Path Alchemy.
