About Natural Products

All of our products are handmade and do not contain any synthetic preservatives. We use natural preservatives such as salt, honey, sugar and essential oils. Sometimes this may cause the product to separate. This is natural and can be resolved by gently shaking the product or stirring it with a clean spoon or stirring stick. Natural products are more susceptible to the environment and contamination so to preserve their viability please be cautious about leaving them in the sun, heat or steamy bathrooms and showers. Golden Path Alchemy products prefer to be stored in cool, dry places with their lids tightly secure.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal.

We accept payment by check but will not process the order until the check has cleared the bank. This is the least expeditious way to order.

If you have sensitive skin or allergies, or would like to sample a product before you buy it, please contact us and we will be happy to help you determine which products are right for you.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (within the 50 U.S. States): Golden Path Alchemy ships all products via priority mail through the US Post Office. Expedited shipping via Express mail is available at an extra cost depending on weight of package.

International Shipping: Available and calculated by country and by weight.

We can supply you with a tracking/confirmation email regarding your purchase if requested in the order.

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. In the event that an item is not immediately available, we will contact you before processing the rest of your order.

Golden Path Alchemy is committed to reducing waste wherever possible. We often ship in recycled boxes or reuse them when possible. All packing materials are pre-used, recycled or made of compostable ingredients. We encourage you to save these materials for your own future use.

Golden Path Alchemy will email your order details to you. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, you will not receive a paper packing slip with your order unless requested, but you will receive a copy of your credit card receipt. If you delete or lose your order details please contact us at essentials@goldenpathalchemy.com and we will email you a new one.

Returns and Exchanges

If a product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address the problem. Email us at: essentials@goldenpathalchemy.com.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by telephone and/or email. If your order has not been processed we can make changes. All orders require 2-5 business days processing time.

Customer pays return shipping on all service. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a service that allows you to track your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipment. We recommend that you use registered post to ensure safe delivery. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number and return authorization number.

Golden Path Alchemy ensures the purity and quality of our product lines. Customers may return products due to allergy or if item is defective/damaged. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of the purchase.

Golden Path Alchemy is not responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information that was not generated by Golden Path Alchemy.

Golden Path Alchemy reserves the right to refuse any order.
